Owners and sisters, Collette Peterson and Chele Piatt, have been in the industry for over 25 years. They took over the business from their father and founder, Jerry Piatt, who has owned and operated many successful salons all over the San Diego area. After opening LHC in the heart of La Jolla 17 years ago, Jerry Piatt moved the business to the current location, 6110 Friars Rd, Ste 204 & 205. Collette and Chele recently remodeled the La Jolla Hair Clinic over a year ago.
Collette is a member of the American Hair Loss Council and specializes in restoration for woman and children. In 2003, the Hair Loss Council invited her to share her extensive knowledge of hair restoration and design with others in the field. Since, she has had the pleasure of training stylists from around the world. However, Collette takes the most pride in working with her clients at the La Jolla Hair Clinic.
Chele is also a member of the American Hair Loss Council and has not only been in the custom hair replacement industry, but has also been an established barber/cosmetologist for over 28 years. She takes enormous pride in giving clients the best and latest designs in the hair industry. Chele is actively involved in increasing the look and design of the male hair replacement industry.
